By accessing or using the Website or purchasing any Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Website or purchase any Services. By using the Website, you warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

2. No Medical, Mental Health, or Legal Advice

All information, content, programs, sessions, and materials provided through the Website—including but not limited to Energy Alchemy, The Awaken Method, Reiki healing, intuitive guidance, meditations, workshops, courses, audio journeys, and written resources—are intended for informational, spiritual, and educational purposes only.

We do NOT provide:

  • Medical advice

  • Diagnosis or treatment of physical or mental health conditions

  • Psychotherapy or clinical counseling

  • Legal or financial advice

We are not licensed medical providers, psychotherapists, or mental health practitioners.

4. Purchases, Payments & Refund Policy

4.1 Payments

All purchases made on the Website or via invoice are due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for any purchases made.

4.2 All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital, energetic, and experiential nature of the Services, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, including but not limited to:

  • Energy Alchemy Sessions

  • The Awaken Method Program

  • Digital downloads, audio journeys, meditations

  • Courses, workshops, trainings, and memberships

  • Reiki Master Trainings & certifications

Refunds, partial refunds, cancellations, or transfers are up to the sole discretion of the company except where required by law.

4.3 Payment Plans

If a payment plan is offered, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access to materials and potential submission to collections.

5. Scheduling, Cancellation & Rescheduling

For any live sessions (including Energy Alchemy), you are responsible for booking at available times. Missed or canceled sessions are not refundable.

Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion with at least 72 hours’ notice.

6. Assumption of Risk & Personal Responsibility

By participating in any of the Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Energy healing, meditative practices, and intuitive guidance are subjective experiences with no guaranteed outcomes.

  • You are fully responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

  • You assume all risks associated with participating in energy work, spiritual practices, or altered-state experiences.

  • You will not rely on the Services as a substitute for professional medical or mental health treatment.

You release the Company from any liability related to outcomes, interpretations, or personal decisions made before, during, or after participation.

7. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific emotional, psychological, physical, financial, or spiritual outcomes

  • Healing or resolution of symptoms

  • Business or personal transformation

  • Accuracy of intuitive insights or energetic impressions

Results vary by individual and are influenced by many personal factors.

8. User Accounts

If you create an account (including membership portals, program areas, or downloads), you agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access for any reason, including suspected misuse.

All trademarks, service marks, program names (including The Awaken Method™, Energy Alchemy™, etc.), logos, and branding are proprietary to the Company or used with permission. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
